Bristol youth empowerment social enterprise Babbasa is hosting a virtual taster training session tomorrow aimed at businesses wishing to improve their workplace’s inclusivity.

Evidence clearly shows that diverse and inclusive working environments improve staff wellbeing, boost creativity and innovation and strengthen brand and reputation, resulting in a happier workforce and improved business performance.

Babbasa’s Bridging the Gap Virtual Taster Session is a half-day course to help employers recognise both personal and institutional bias, understand young and minority communities and develop the intercultural communication skills needed to develop an inclusive environment.

It is a condensed overview of Babbasa’s larger and more in-depth five-module CPD programme.

Further information and tickets are available at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/bridging-the-gap-half-day-taster-session-tickets-127721078183 The course takes place between 9:30am and 1pm.
