Two new joiners strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office

National commercial property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield has made two appointments to its Bristol office.

Tim West joins the office’s valuation team as a surveyor while Rory Sergeant joins its project & development services team as a senior building surveyor.

Originally from Poole, Tim arrives from Savills’ South Coast development team, where he spent three years as a development land agent and consultant across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset.

In his new role he will be involved in the valuation of large mixed-use development schemes, commercial investments and residential portfolios across the South West.

Rory joins from the Bristol office of GVA, where he spent four years assisting its building surveying team on projects across the South West.

At Cushman & Wakefield he will be providing commercial building consultancy services including, technical due diligence work, building surveys, dilapidations advice and party wall matters.
