Three lawyers based in Clarke Willmott’s Bristol office have been given new roles as part of the national law firm’s 2022 promotions list.

Sam Neagle, a private capital solicitor, has been promoted from senior associate to partner while Georgia Collier, who also works in private capital, and commercial property lawyer Fran Killey are now associates.

Sam, pictured top, one of two new partners across Clarke Willmott’s seven regional offices, specialises in the administration of deceased estates with a particular focus on the complex estates of high net worth individuals.

She also advises on complex intestate estates involving large numbers of beneficiaries.  Having qualified in Bristol with Burroughs Day Solicitors in 2008, she went on to spend six years in the probate team at Co-op Legal Services before joining Clarke Willmott in 2017.

Georgia, pictured left, who specialises in estate planning, Wills and trusts, qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and is currently studying to become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Fran, pictured below, who joined Clarke Willmott in 2017 after completing her training contract at a Humphreys & Co in Bristol, has experience in a wide range of property matters, including landlord and tenant matters and acting for banks and lenders in connection with secured lending.

Fran and Georgia are among seven associate promotions across the firm.

Clarke Willmott CEO Stephen Rosser said: “Developing our people is absolutely fundamental to us as a business.

“The great service that we can provide to our clients is only possible due to the great people we have within the firm, and this has become even more critical as we embrace flexible ways of working.

“Whether our staff began their careers with us or joined at a more advanced level we are committed to training and developing our talent.”

Clarke Willmott also has offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton.
