Property agency Savills has made three appointments in its Bristol-based retail, property management and healthcare teams.

Alex Kalebic, pictured right, joins as an associate director from Cooke & Arkwright in Cardiff where he spent more than eight years working in the retail and leisure department.

At Savills, he will work on retail and leisure agency and provide professional advice for landlords and occupiers in high street and shopping centre locations across the South West and Wales.

Roscoe Chubb, pictured left, has been appointed as an associate director in the commercial property management team. He arrives at Savills from BNP Paribas Real Estate and has nearly 10 years’ experience in the industry. At Savills he will be responsible for managing national portfolios on behalf of a number of clients including Kames Capital and Standard Life.

Sophia Sham, pictured below, joins the healthcare team as an associate from Edwards Symons (now part of Lambert Smith Hampton) where she spent three years working in the healthcare, hotel and leisure valuation. She will focus on healthcare valuation and consultancy for lenders, investors, operators and developers.

Head of the Savills’ Bristol office, Peter Clayton, said: “We are very pleased to welcome all three recruits as we get going into what looks set to be another busy year. They demonstrate the broad range of skills Savills has on offer and we’re confident their expertise will help further benefit our clients.”

Savills employs more than 60 staff in its Bristol office providing the full spectrum of consultancy and transactional services across both commercial and residential markets.
