Three units have been snapped up at a North Bristol office park in quick succession – leaving just one vacant building.

Oasis Healthcare, The Salvation Army Trustee Co and Rock Solid Knowledge have taken space at Vantage Office Park, Taunton-based Summerfield Developments’ scheme being marketed by Hartnell Taylor Cook and JLL.

Oasis, an existing tenant, needed further space to accommodate its rapidly expanding IT team, which is moving into the 2,000 sq ft first floor of Vantage C1 building. The healthcare company has taken a lease expiring September 2018.

The Salvation Army is moving its administrative team into the ground floor of Vantage B1 and has acquired a new five-year lease for the 1,497 sq ft suite.

Rock Solid Knowledge, a software development company established in 2009, has moved from service offices to enable further expansion, has acquired a five-year lease of the second floor suite in Vantage C2, a space of just over 2,000 sq ft. All tenants are paying rent of £16.00 per sq ft.

Other Vantage occupiers include the NHS, Edge Tax, building services firm Whitehead and construction group Vinci.

Summerfield Developments bought the office park in 2011 from Bristol developer Deeley Freed.

Summerfield Developments divisional director Ben Trickey said: “Vantage Office Park provides occupiers with a pleasant working environment close to a number of amenities and is well located for access to Bristol City and to the motorway and train network. It is pleasing to attract established businesses as well as new flourishing companies to the park.”

Summerfield director James Holyday added: “There is a good core of occupiers enjoying the location, the local amenities and the improved access to road and rail links. Coupled with great visibility from the M4/M5 interchange, this makes this a great option for those looking for offices.”

Hartnell Taylor Cook and JLL are jointly marketing the last remaining building – B2, a self-contained modern office building totalling 4,447 sq ft – offering it either as a whole or in parts. They said it had already attracted strong interest.

Lambert Smith Hampton advised The Salvation Army.

Vantage Office Park is approximately two miles from Junction 1 of the M32 and close to Bristol Parkway railway station.
