Adult training service providers Tabs has moved into a 2,551 sq ft training centre formerly occupied by Working Links on the ground floor of 35 Colston Avenue in Bristol city centre. Tabs, which has taken the high-profile suite on a short lease, was founded in 2001 and is now one of Learn Direct’s largest providers of training with 11 centres across the South and South West.

A further 25,235 sq ft is available either as a whole or on individual floors in the six-storey building. The second floor has been refurbished and is available for immediate occupation with plans to refurbish the remainder.

Colliers International has  been appointed jointly with Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP to act on behalf of Bevan Brittan, the Bristol-based law firm.

Bevan Brittan is also head tenant on the first floor of the adjacent building, 33 Colston Avenue, which is held on a term expiring in August 2017.

The 11,500 sq ft open-plan suite has 11 car parking spaces following Bevan Brittan’s move to Kings Orchard, near Castle Park. Colliers International and Hartnell Taylor Cook are jointly instructed to market this space.
