Thing that annoyed you? People shopping in the Tesco petrol station while parked at the pump -resulting in huge queues for fuel!

Thing that made you laugh out loud? My five-year-old daughter.

Piece of good advice you were given? Only worry about things that you have control over.

Bristol-born Sarah Cade attended Clifton High School and started working for her parents’ company in 1997, officially taking over the business as MD in 2009. She works full time, driving the business forward while striving to be the best mum possible to her two young daughters. “It’s a tricky combination but I am incredibly lucky to have outstanding support both at home and from my loyal and committed team at work,” she says.
