Piece of good advice you were given? Since tonic is at least half, if not two-thirds, of a gin and tonic, make sure you choose the right tonic.

Bristol-born Richard Pepler has been chief executive of HH Cashflow Finance for 10 months. He is also advising the feasibility review into the possible formation of a new Development Bank for Wales following the Welsh Government’s ‘Access to Finance’ review. He was chief executive of Bristol-based Ultimate Finance for almost 10 years and previously worked at Bibby Factors (Bristol). His hobbies include wine, cooking, travel and long walks with the dog.
