Each week Bristol Business News gives a prominent member of the city’s business community the last word on its weekly e-bulletin. This week Paul Waite, CEO and founder of accountancy and business advisory firm Aspen Waite, answers our 10 questions.

What was the LAST:

Film you watched? The King’s Choice. A Norwegian film (in Norwegian)

Book you read? The Little Paris Bookshop by Nina George

Music you bought/downloaded? I have an eclectic taste in music. The latest thing I have got into is Contemporary Swing.

Concert or play you went to? Crimes under the Sun, an Agatha Christie spoof at the Ustinov Theatre, Bath.

Sporting event you attended? Bath vs Northampton Saints. My wife and I are season ticket holders (but disillusioned currently).

Holiday you went on? Lanzarote in April for the sun

Restaurant you ate in? The Lebanese restaurant in Bristol, Beirut Mezze, for our son’s birthday.

Thing that annoyed you?  The current anti-Semitism row.

Thing that made you laugh out loud? I certainly laughed continuously through Crimes under the Sun.

Piece of good advice you were given? I have started going to the chiropodist; a rather fierce lady told me that some of my nails had been cut too short.

Bridgwater-born Paul Waite is CEO and founder of accountancy and business advisory firm Aspen Waite, which has offices throughout the South of England and South Wales.
