Concert or play you went to see: Pippin at the Music Box on Broadway, New York.

Holiday you went on: The Magic Natura Animal, Water Park & Polynesian Lodge Resort in sunny Benidorm.

Piece of good advice you were given: Dress for the job you want not the one you have.

John Phelps has worked with Grundon Waste Management for more than 25 years, starting in Cheltenham as a driver’s mate before progressing to the role of driver in 2005. He became a transport coordinator 10 years later, stepping up to become a trainee transport manager in 2017.
