Andrew Simmonds is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and in the past few years has acquired Parker’s Estate Agents in Backwell at the heart of North Somerset and Country Property estate agency in Chipping Sodbury, serving South Gloucestershire. He has been advising on property matters for more than 20 years, working with developers on sales strategies for new build homes; managing apartment blocks for private landlords and working on all aspects of property sales and maintenance.
