Marketing and design agency Synergy Creative has been appointed by Wales and West Utilities to support its communications team with brand engagement, marketing and internal communications.

The client win is the latest for the Westbury-on-Trym agency, which has enjoyed impressive growth since its launch in 2006.

It now boasts a 15-strong team working on a range of public and private sector accounts including Ladbrokes, NHS, Experian and Olswang.

As well as building a portfolio of clients throughout the UK, Synergy has also been steadily expanding its international reach working with brands including IGW and Caterpillar.

In order to support its international work, the agency, which specialises in brand engagement, marketing communications and employee engagement, has recently joined Thenetworkone, a global agency network.

Membership of Thenetworkone will enable Synergy to partner with agencies from across the world to provide expert local knowledge and support to clients.

Synergy Creative director Gemma McGrattan said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to support Wales and West Utilities’ growth and success through creative communications and employee engagement.

“We’re also pleased to be able to offer our clients the benefit of being part of an international network. It will add considerably to the breadth of service we are able to offer our clients.”
