Moon Consulting, the Bristol-based executive recruitment and business consulting group, has teamed up with Bristol Business News to investigate the skills needed for a successful board.
The result is an exclusive survey which will provide a valuable snapshot of the skills and experience in the region’s boardrooms and the areas in which they can be strengthened. 
Moon Consulting founder Vanessa Moon said: “There has been a lot of talk recently about the ‘skills gap’. But what many people may not realise is how much the skill gap at the highest level of a business can affect its success.
“We want to know more about the boards of leading businesses in the region: their growth ambitions and the skills they need to deliver them.
“We have devised a survey of just four questions which should take no more than two minutes to complete, the results of which will give a valuable insight into executive skills across the South West.”
