The Bristol office of property advisory firm GVA is to look at how the city region can grow and compete with other major regional centres as the UK’s economic outlook improves and the property market hots up.

It is staging a breakfast seminar on September 25 when its experts will present their views on what lies ahead for the Bristol property market, its future development opportunities and what is needed for the city to grow.

GVA’s research and agency teams together with Matt Cross from inward investment agency Invest Bristol and Bath will identify how are the drivers of occupier demand changing, what effect will these changes have on the different property sectors, how the market has responded and where the future hot spots will lie and what Bristol is doing to optimise its position?

The event takes place at M Shed. More details are available by emailing Philippa.mcfeat@gva.co.uk
