Smith & Williamson launches interactive Covid-19 business support guide

Business owners in Bristol can find out more about the support measures on offer from the government via an easy-to-follow way interactive guide on financial and professional services firm Smith & Williamson’s website.

The guide, accessed from the site’s homepage of the website, can be used by both employers and the self-employed. 

It summarises the announcements made to date by the government around Covid-19, asks whether users are looking for funding.

After establishing some basic details such as the sector in which they operate, whether or not they occupy a business property, and their turnover, it and spells out their options.

Information then follows on a range of schemes such as VAT deferral, the Job Retention Scheme, business rate holidays, time to pay, sick pay support, the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CIBL) and cash grants, along with information on relevant Smith & Williamson experts available to help.
