Six (or more) of the best at PwC

Industry-focused assurance, tax and advisory services firm PwC has made Christopher Williams a partner. Chris, who has been with PwC for 15 years, has specialised in corporate and International tax for the last 12 years. He advises many private equity backed companies based in the region.

The firm, which has 700 staff at offices in Bristol, Plymouth and Gloucester, has also announced the appointment of six new directors.

William Conner will lead the private sector consulting practice in the South West and Wales. 

There are two new directors in its transaction services practice - Tom Ayerst and Timothy Hawkins whose objective is double the size of PwC's regional transactions practice over the next two years. 

Elliot Rees and Jonathan Bound from PwC’s Assurance practice have also been made directors.

James Pring joins the firm as a director in its business recovery services team, primarily specialising in healthcare.
