Bristol-based business support organisation Business West has opened its second Launch Point serviced office building for start-up and micro businesses, with space available from £150 a month.

Apex Court at Bradley Stoke has easy-in, easy-out monthly terms and includes broadband, utilities, business rates and free parking. Business West is offering businesses that sign up before the end of January a third month free.

Businesses taking space at Apex Court – a surplus Government offices building – also get access to a wide range of support services from Business West, including onsite access to mentors and business advisers, and a year’s free membership of Business West Chambers of Commerce.

Apex Court, which is close to the M4/M5 interchange, follows the opening of Business West’s city centre Launch Point at Rivergate, Temple Quay, which is in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone beside Temple Meads railway station.

Business West managing director Phil Smith said: “We’re delighted to have added another property to our Launch Point offering. We can now offer start-up office space both in central Bristol and now at Apex Court which has excellent links to the motorways.

“At Launch Point businesses can tap into our network of specialist advisers who can provide guidance to help overcome the challenges of the start-up phase.

From producing a solid business plan and identifying key areas for growth, to gaining the right level of finance and fully exploiting innovation, businesses can benefit from specialist advice and practical workshops.”
