Refurbished office tower gains new tenant

Recruitment specialists Central Appointments have taken space on the 12th floor of newly-refurbished landmark Tower House in Fairfax Street in a deal brokered by Colliers International. 

 
Founded in 2000, Central Appointments ipart of Angela Mortimer Plc, placing around 2,500 candidates in permanent roles every year and around 1,000 temporary staff on site every day. Sharon Mead from Central Appointments said: “Bristol has become one of the top commercial locations in the country and it is important we maintain a high profile in the city.  Tower House gives us an ideal location at the hub of an increasingly vibrant area for all manner of employment opportunities.”
 

 

At Colliers, Richard Wright said the refurbished office suites with on-site car parking were ideally suited to Central Appointments. He added: "The building provides office availability from 1,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and can be let in part or as a whole allowing occupiers the flexibility to expand as their businesses grow.
