Recognition for firms that go the extra mile to get their staff to travel sustainably

Businesses around Bristol are being invited to share their efforts to encourage more of their staff to travel sustainably through an awards scheme.

Now in their fifth year, the Travelwest Business Awards recognise travel success stories throughout the the West of England. 

Designed to reward the work that businesses put into staff travel, the awards have recognised the achievements of over 50 organisations since they were launched.

Categories cover Best Newcomer, Most Improved Workplace, Best Motivational Campaign, Most Innovative Sustainable Travel Measure, Sustainable Travel Champion 2016, and Organisation of the Year.

The awards are co-ordinated by Bristol City, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, and Bath & North East Somerset councils.

Nominations close next Friday, September 16, and the award ceremony takes place at St George’s, off Park Street, on November 2.
