Raft of new appointments as JLL continues to strengthen its Bristol office

Property consultancy JLL has made a number of new recruits to its Bristol office.

Nicholas Rumble, pictured, has joined as a residential development director, having previously worked for three years at Bristol-based property agency Hartnell Taylor Cook, where he was senior associate director – head of residential development.

He has also worked for Castleoak Care developments in Cardiff, where he was property and asset manager for three years.

Other recent new starters include Michael Wong, associate director in building consultancy; Alexander Nell, associate director in planning and development; Tommy Thompson, associate director in project management; Aileen Wu, senior surveyor in alternatives; Rob Snook, senior surveyor in building consultancy; Luke Martin, project manager in project management; Tara Rogers, surveyor in building consultancy, and Simrat Biring, senior surveyor in rating.

Nicholas said: “JLL has an exceptional team in Bristol, offering a range of services to clients across all sectors of the residential markets. I look forward to supporting the team and am excited about the opportunity to play a role in continuing the growth of JLL’s residential business across the region.”
