SDS, the specialist in surface water management systems, is marking its 10th anniversary by sponsoring tomorrow’s meeting at Bath Racecourse.

The firm, based at Biddisham near Cheddar, works with local authorities, water companies and private developers providing a service from design, consultancy and manufacturing to installation and maintenance.

Its customer include some of the UK’s and Europe’s leading contractors and has worked on projects from major motorway infrastructure developments to large-scale construction schemes.

Bath Racecourse commercial manager Jessica Lloyd said: “We are thrilled SDS has chosen to mark this important milestone at Bath Racecourse. Sponsorship is a great way for local businesses to raise awareness and promote their brand to new and existing customers.”

She said the racecourse, which celebrated its own landmark of 200 years in business in 2011, has a range of sponsorship packages available for large and small businesses.

It is staging 19 racing fixtures this year from April to October.  Hospitality packages are available for all racing fixtures and guarantee a reserved table for the duration of the meeting.

More than 80,000 people have attended race meetings over the past year with highlights of this season including the annual real ale and jazz racenight and ladies’ day, while non-racing events range from flea markets and car boot sales.

Bath Racecourse is also available for corporate and private venue hire for conferences, networking and client entertainment, Christmas and office parties.
