Quartet of new appointments at Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office

International commercial property agency Cushman & Wakefield has made four appointments to its Bristol office. Shimarlie Andrew has joined as a senior consultant, Nasreen Dad as a retail surveyor while Polly Smart and Oscar Skevington-Postles have arrived as part of the firm’s graduate programme.

Shimarlie will provide strategic estates advice to a number of NHS and public-sector organisations as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s public sector advisory team. She previously worked as a consultant in Capita Health’s property and infrastructure team, where she provided support to a number of NHS Trusts across the UK. She has also worked in Bath and Gibraltar.

Nasreen joins the retail asset services in Bristol team and will be managing shopping centre and retail park assets and providing strategic management services for clients. She was previously with specialist commercial property consultancy Workman’s Bristol office, where she was responsible for the management of retail assets across the South West. 

Polly is a recent graduate from the University of Reading while Oscar is mid-way through a Master’s in Building Surveying at UWE Bristol. As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s graduate programme, they will spend the next two years working towards a professional qualification through the RICS and CIBSE.
