Property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Bristol team with 14 new starters in the past three months.

University of the West of England graduates Caroline Cubbin (valuations) and Will Duckworth (industrial agency) have joined on two-year graduate programmes after successfully completing internships with the firm. Both will rotate across three or four departments during the scheme.

Senior surveyor Donna Pickett has joined corporate solutions on the HMCTS (Her Majesty’s Court & Tribunal Service) account, part of the Ministry of Justice. An experienced surveyor, Donna has been appointed as the regional account manager after Jones Lang LaSalle won a tender to manage all the courts for the Ministry of Justice Estate in the South of England.

Donna joins the largest team of office surveyors in the South West with more than 170 employees.

The Bristol office’s accounts department has also undergone substantial growth, increasing from six to 17 staff in the past three months.

Head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bristol office Jeremy Richards said: “A business’s success depends on the peo

ple it employs and we are delighted to welcome Donna, Caroline, Will, and all those in the accounts department to the team. Donna’s impressive track record will bring valuable insight and expertise to the Ministry of Justice portfolio while Caroline and Will bring fresh ideas and inspiration to their teams. The growing accounts team is fundamental to the success of Jones Lang LaSalle’s growing network.”
