A prime, refurbished office building in North Bristol has come onto the rental market, with agents Colliers International expecting considerable interest in it.

Two-storey Avon House at Parkway North, Stoke Gifford, is a few minutes’ walk from Bristol Parkway Station and close to the M4 and M32.

The building, formerly used as a regional base by the engineering arm of support services group Interserve, is available as a whole or as individual floors – with 3,560 sq ft on the ground floor and 3,395 sq ft on the first. There are also 34 on-site parking spaces.

Nearby occupiers on the Parkway North office park include Barclays Bank and Virgin Active health club.

The quoting rent is £16.50 per sq ft per.

Colliers Bristol offices specialist James Preece said: “Avon House provides the best of both worlds in terms of travel options. Not only does it provide an occupier with an excellent parking ratio, it is also walking distance from Parkway railway station.

“This self-contained office also provides a specification that ticks the boxes for occupiers and has the added benefit of great local amenities.”

Colliers was appointed by the building’s owner, Bristol-based property investment firm Gainwell.
