The biggest free annual get-together for West landlords, Landlord Expo, takes place in Bristol next Thursday from noon until 7pm.

The event, sponsored by estate agents Andrews, features more than 80 exhibitors ranging from local authority stands to letting agents, financial experts, trades people and suppliers.

Held at the University of the West of England Exhibition and Conference Centre, Landlord Expo is aimed at anyone who is a landlord or letting agent, or who is considering entering the private rental market.

With information stands, seminars and demonstrations, the event informs private landlords, letting agents and other investors of the wide range of commercial and council services available to them.

The event is organised by South Gloucestershire, Bristol, North Somerset, and Bath and North East Somerset Councils.

Seminar speakers will include National Landlords Association chief executive Richard Lambert. All seminars are free to attend and do not require pre-booking.

Entry is free to the event and there is free parking and free refreshments
