The residential team at property agents Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bristol Office has been appointed by the developers of the Finzels Reach scheme to market luxury apartments alongside the city’s Floating Harbour.

One and two-bedroom apartments ranging in price from £139,000 to £485,000 are being built as part of the 1m sq ft redevelopment of the former Courage Brewery site opposite Castle Park.

These include two-bedroom duplex and triplex apartments in the listed Malt House, and new-build one bedroom apartments in the waterside Castle Wharf building. Some boast roof terraces with views across the city.

Finzels Reach developer HDG Mansur said the apartments “provide contemporary urban living” on the historic site. Many of the original features of the site have been retained, including the original waterfront George’s Brewery façade.

Vicky Dudbridge, associate director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bristol office, said: “Finzels Reach is one of the highest-profile mixed-use schemes to take place in Bristol over the next decade, providing a new location to live, work and relax and a major new destination for the city centre.

“The residential element of Finzels Reach provides much-needed housing for the city and offers an excellent location, exceptional views and spacious new build apartments in the heart of Bristol that are hard to match.”

HDG Mansur managing director Michael Baker added: “Jones Lang LaSalle will be a valuable addition to the Finzels Reach team and we look forward to working with them.”
