She advises on all aspects of UK corporation tax, including group re-organisations, debt structuring and transactions.

The new directors include Clare Anderson, who works in the firm’s business tax department.

Her experience spans a broad range of taxes in the UK and multiple international jurisdictions, both in practice and in-house, while she also specific experience in tax compliance and reporting, due diligence and other transactional and structuring advice, with a focus on clients in the real estate sector.
