Property consultancy DTZ has made two promotions at its Bristol office. Phil Moore of the office agency team and James Blundell in the development consulting team have been promoted to associate director level.

In total, 128 promotions were announced in Europe across DTZ’s EMEA, research and investment & asset management businesses.
