Bristol-based property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has made four promotions in its Bristol and London offices as part of its annual review.

Shaun Hall, pictured right, has been made a director in Bristol’s facilities management team. Shaun joined the firm in 2015 as senior facilities manager and has made a significant contribution to the firm by growing the FM team through a number of client wins. Not only has this enabled growth in Bristol but has led to the subsequent development of FM teams in London, Manchester and Leeds.

Jack Davies and Edward O’Grady have both been promoted to associate director.  Jack Davies, pictured left, who sits in London’s retail & development team, began his career in Bristol through the HTC graduate scheme, qualifying in 2016.

Edward O’Grady, pictured below right, joined the lease advisory team from GVA last September and, along with director and head Louise Georgi, has helped to grow it to offer clients a wide range of lease advisory services.

Jack Murphy has been promoted to senior surveyor. Jack, pictured below left, joined the London office’s property management team last year from Lee Baron and has since made a valuable contribution to the team.

HTC managing Partner Stuart Howell said: “I am really pleased to announce our latest promotions. These are four individuals with really different skill sets, all of whom have created significant value to the business.

“The professional development of our staff continues to be a key focus for the business, and we are committed to investing in and empowering the next generation through recognition and reward.”
