Global real estate advisor CBRE has made a raft of promotions in its Bristol office, including senior roles in its lease consultancy, building consultancy and valuation & advisory teams.

Charlotte Acreman, pictured, leads on project management for the South West and has become a senior director, along with Simon Meredith, pictured, in the lease consultancy team.

Robert Moran, who is part of CBRE’s valuation & advisory team, has been promoted to director, while Bruce Stone is now an associate director in its building consultancy division.

Alex Quicke has been promoted to senior surveyor in recognition of his work on significant projects in CBRE’s industrial and logistics team.

Both Charlotte and Simon joined CBRE in 2008 as surveyors and have progressed their careers with the firm ever since.

Charlotte said: “There are so many places a career in property can take you and my story is just one example.

“As a board member of CBRE’s Women’s Network, I’m especially keen to use my own experience to support and encourage women at all stages of their career in our sector wherever I can.”

Simon added: “Over the past 15 years at CBRE, I’ve received a fantastic level support at every step of my progression.

“In my role there’s a lot of close collaboration with other teams, so I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot very quickly throughout my time here.”

Robert joined CBRE in 2014 as an associate director, while Bruce became part of the team in 2017 as senior building services engineer. Alex joined as a graduate surveyor in 2019.

CBRE Midlands & South managing director and head of its Bristol office, Tom Morris, said: “To have such a strong team of senior, experienced property professionals helps us to meet demand for our services across the region and these promotions are a reflection of the efforts each have taken to lead their teams and look for ways to support our clients in what is no doubt a rapidly changing marketplace.”

The world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, CBRE employs around 115,000 people in 450 offices worldwide, including eight in the UK.

It offers a broad range of integrated services spanning facilities, transaction and project management to property management and sales.
