Bristol-based Latcham Direct, one of the UK’s leading print and communications firms, has rebranded as Latcham with a new look and website after celebrating its 10th anniversary last year.

The firm, which operates from an 82,000 sq ft purpose-built head office in Hengrove with a satellite base in Crawley, Sussex, has also developed over the past decade from a print, mail and fulfilment company to a provider of full-service, tailored, personalised communications and fulfilment services in both physical print and digital formats.

It has also grown to employ more than 100 people staff and has worked with some of the biggest names in the public and private sector, including Amazon, the NHS and SSE.

Despite the challenges of the past 12 months, it has recently recruited new team members including Peter Tapparo as finance director and Les Keen as sales director. Its sector specialist team has expanded as well with Richard Sargent joining to support Latcham’s healthcare focus.

These changes, coupled with Latcham’s expanding market presence and continued investment in technology and customer experience – along with ts plans to introduce a greener working environment with the installation of chargers for electric cars – made it an appropriate time for the firm to review how it presents the business.

The new branding evolves from Latcham Direct to simply Latcham. It is a recognition of the considerable equity in the Latcham name which comes from its ability to deliver professional, managed services, together with creative and inspiring work. And this new branding is complemented with a fresh, new look.

The new website, latcham.co.uk, has been launched to raise the company’s online presence, offering an intuitive, engaging and accessible design.

Latcham managing director Mike Hughes said: “We’re excited to share this new branding, which represents an important step in our evolution as a brand.

“We’re extremely proud of what we have achieved, both over the last eleven years and under the challenging circumstances of 2020.

“Our new branding reflects our forward-thinking attitude, which is very much part of the DNA of our company.

“Everything we do is with our customers in mind; we hope that these changes make the business easier to understand in terms of the breadth and depth of our service offering and further improves both the customer experience of our website and excellence of our project delivery.”
