Specialist restructuring, recovery and insolvency firm FRP Advisory has secured new office accommodation in Kings Orchard, a landmark office building overlooking Bristol’s Floating Harbour.

In a deal negotiated by the Bristol offices of property consultants Alder King and GVA,  FRP Advisory has relocated its South West and Wales regional office from Stoke Gifford to the fifth floor of Kings Orchard in the heart of Bristol’s business community.

FRP Advisory partner Andrew Sheridan said: “We selected Kings Orchard after a comprehensive search of properties in the city centre. The quality of the accommodation with its on-site facilities and management and the waterfront location giving access to many local amenities made Kings Orchard the most compelling choice.”

Rob Stanley, director of property and facilities for law firm Bevan Brittan, which is sub-letting suites within the building, said: “We are delighted to welcome FRP Advisory to Kings Orchard.  It joins a growing list of high calibre professional service occupiers including Close Brothers and Arista Insurance.”

Alder King and GVA are marketing further office suites from 5,700 sq ft on the first, second and fourth floors of Kings Orchard. The property provides a choice of Grade A or Plug and Play office accommodation together with a riverside cafe, staff fitness suite and meeting/conference facilities.  More information is available from www.kingsorchardbristol.co.uk
