Weston-super-Mare adventure park Puxton Park has been awarded with a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence – the highest accolade given by online travel review site – for the second year running.

The certificate recognises the outstanding feedback from visitors who praised the park's facilities and service.

Set in 40 acres of rolling countryside, the family-run all-year adventure park has an all-weather play zone and attractions such as aerial climbing, slides and a soft play area with ball pool.

TripAdvisor said in a statement: “This prestigious award recognises businesses that consistently earn top ratings from TripAdvisor travellers.”

Puxton’s Alistair Mead, pictured with the certificate, said the award demonstrated the attraction's commitment to ensuring its visitors receive a great value-for-money day out.

“We respond to every one of our visitors who offer their valuable feedback to TripAdvisor, as this helps us to improve customer experience and ensure people revisit us,” he said.

“We are thrilled that our business has been rated excellent and we will continue to make improvements to ensure that we maintain this outstanding position.”

Puxton Park has also been awarded the Quality Rose Marque for the third year running by Visit England.
