Two prominent waterside retail/restaurant units at Portishead Marina have been brought to the market.

The adjacent units on the ground floor of the mainly residential Sixty8 building are being marketed by the Bristol office of property consultants Alder King and Bristol-based specialist property firm Insight Retail Consulting.

Sixty8 is a purpose-built, six-storey building with 69 residential apartments and four ground-floor commercial units. Two have already been let to My Local and Costa Coffee. The available units provide a combined 6,221 sq ft of quality retail/restaurant space but can be sub divided into two smaller units of 4,578 sq ft and 1,643 sq ft.

Alder King retail agency team member Rebecca Harries said: “Sixty8 sits in a highly prominent and attractive position within the marina, which enjoys strong footfall due to the substantial increase in housing numbers in Portishead over recent years.

“The marina is a busy and vibrant destination for resident and visitors alike and these new restaurant units will provide a welcome addition to the existing casual dining offer.”
