Staff in the Bedminster office of Bristol law firm Barcan+Kirby are celebrating its relocation – having moved into the building next door.

The firm has been part of the South Bristol suburb’s business community for more than 40 years.

its 36 staff are working in new, vibrant, ultra-modern conditions following a fit out of the North Street building, with one wall featuring a specially-commissioned colourful mural by local artist Emily Ketteringham.

Barcan+Kirby managing partner Bill Willcocks said: “We are delighted to finally relocate our Bedminster practice to new and improved office space just a few doors down from where we started out.

“We really value our role within this thriving community as local high street solicitors and also as an active supporter of the many community events that take place every year, including the Greater Bedminster Good Garden Awards and the incredibly popular Bedminster Lantern Parade.

“Our new premises will allow the firm to continue advising existing and new clients throughout the various life stages – from helping them to buy their first home through to advice on wills and estate planning.”

The branch is one of the firm’s six offices across Bristol and South Gloucestershire providing a comprehensive range of legal services, including residential conveyancing, family law and mediation, issues relating to Power of Attorney and wills and estate planning.
