Bristol-based specialist commercial law firm Roxburgh Milkins has appointed Harriet Webb as a solicitor.

Harriet, pictured, who recently completed her training with Clarke Willmott in Bristol, will work on Roxburgh Milkins’ extensive range of clients in the South West and across the UK in her new role.

Somerset-born Harriet supplemented her studies at the College of Law in Bristol by working with London-based experiential marketing firm ID Experiential on large promotional events and direct sales for high-profile consumer brands.

Harriet said she is delighted to be continuing her legal career in Bristol and excited about joining an ambitious firm.

Roxburgh Milkins founding partner Bruce Roxburgh said: “It’s important to us to keep providing opportunities for younger lawyers to join our growing team and further strengthen our resource, so we’re thrilled that Harriet is joining us at the start of her career as a qualified solicitor and we are confident that she will complement our existing team well.”

Roxburgh Milkins was founded in 2003 by experienced corporate lawyers Bruce Roxburgh and Jason Milkins – who had previously worked for Bristol firm Osborne Clarke – with a shared vision of creating a niche commercial law firm dedicated to meeting the requirements of growing businesses and the entrepreneurs and investors who own and run them.

They now have a nine-strong team of lawyers covering the full range of corporate transactional and non-contentious commercial legal work.

Recent work has included acting for Curtis Banks Group on its £85m flotation on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.
