New partner promotions for Osborne Clarke’s Bristol office

Four lawyers in the Bristol office of international legal practice Osborne Clarke have been promoted to partner – bringing the total number across the firm to more than 250. 

The new partners come from a range of sectors, including real estate and infrastructure, energy and utilities, financial services and digital business.

They include:

  • Alice Conway, a real estate sector specialist with broad investment and development experience,
  • Adam Love, an expert in the infrastructure, energy and utilities and real estate sectors, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments,
  • Tom Harding, a digital business expert who specialises in digital media, e-commerce and consumer law, and leads the interactive entertainment practice, and
  • Matthew Germain, an energy, utilities, real estate and infrastructure specialist who advises clients on environmental matters relating to waste and bioenergy projects, real estate transactions and regulatory investigations.

In addition, Alexandra Gower, a member of Osborne Clarke’s Bristol-based in energy and utilities sector team, has been promoted to legal director.
