Bristol-headquartered commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has made a number of senior promotions as part of its annual review, including appointing a new partner.

Director David North’s promotion brings the number of partners in the firm, which also has offices in London and Plymouth, to 14.

David joined Hartnell Taylor Cook in Bristol 2000 and worked across the business before specialising in property and asset management. He will continue to lead on the expansion of the function across the Bristol and London offices.

Chris Wright has been made director in the office agency team in London off the back of his direct contribution to the success of the office, while in Bristol, Gemma-Jane Ogden (investment) and Shaun Hall (facilities management) have been promoted to senior associate following significant achievements in their respective areas of the business.

Tom Gable has been promoted to associate in Bristol’s property management team and Guy Davies to senior surveyor in the London office’s building surveying team.

Hartnell Taylor Cook managing partner Stuart Howell said: “This latest round of promotions recognises the breadth of talent we have across every facet of the business both in London and Bristol.

“The professional development of our staff is a key focus for the business and we are committed to investing in and empowering the next generation through recognition and reward as well as training and development opportunities.”
