The leadership team at property services group Ian Williams is to be expanded and strengthened from April next year as it aims for further growth.

The team, pictured, has nearly 100 years’ experience in the company. Led by new managing director Zane Poyner, it has been bolstered by a series of internal promotions and represents a wide range of talent.

Chipping Sodbury-based Ian Williams is one of the UK’s largest property services companies with particular expertise in the housing, retirement living, education, major and complex loss, public buildings and commercial sectors.

Having celebrated its 75th anniversary last year, sales growth this year has been more than 25% with an order book approaching £500m.

The new leadership team includes finance director Jayne Cox, sales & marketing director Amy Boothman, people director Jason Gorin, painting operations director Philip Jones, response operations director Craig Jones, and capital operations director Warren Buffery.

Previous managing director Andy Havard has become chair while director Mike Turner will move to a non-executive role supporting the brand’s external relationships. David Sewell will retain his role as a Trustee of the pension fund.

Andy Havard said: “Sustainability is at the heart of everything Ian Williams does.

“That’s why we must keep planning for longevity, by increasing capacity and broadening the talent at the top of the business.

“It is testament to our approach that we have been able to recognise and promote talented colleagues to look after the future of the business.

“The new leadership team are all specialists in their own disciplines and are perfectly placed to drive our future expansion and profitable growth. The business has never been in better shape.”
