New legal director strengthens Foot Anstey’s planning and environment team in Bristol

Kee Evans has joined national law firm Foot Anstey’s Bristol office as a legal director in its planning and environment team.

Kee brings considerable experience to the team, part of Foot Anstey’s real estate group along with its energy and infrastructure and developer sectors. 

She has acted for public and private sector clients, including major housebuilders, utilities, banks and blue-chip companies, and has expertise in advising on all aspects of planning, highways, compulsory purchase and environmental law.

During her career Kee has worked extensively in the renewables and transport sectors and has advised clients on consents and permissions for renewable energy and other projects, managing planning appeals, compulsory purchase compensation, legal challenges and environmental liability.

Prior to joining Foot Anstey, she spent 17 years at Eversheds Sutherland in Cardiff as part of its planning, infrastructure and consenting team.
