Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Peter Musgrove as its new head of office in Bristol.

Peter, pictured, has worked at LSH for more than 15 years, most recently as director of office agency.

In his new role he will focus on growing the company’s presence in the South West, expanding its service lines and developing the current team. He takes over from Darren Sheward who becomes head of region.

Alongside his new responsibilities, Peter will continue to lead LSH’s office agency in Bristol – a role he has held for the past 10 years.

Peter joined LSH in 1998 after graduating from UWE. He was subsequently promoted to associate director before taking up the role of director in 2005. He has worked on a number of acquisitions and disposals for high profile clients including Atkins, PwC and the BBC.

Peter said: “My new role will see me build on the strong client relationships I’ve already developed in my time with LSH, working closely with our other offices in the South West to firmly establish us as the commercial property advisors of choice amongst both occupiers and investors.”

LSH CEO Ezra Nahome added: “Peter has been a key member of the LSH team in Bristol for a number of years and, as a result, has an unrivalled in-depth knowledge of the local market.

“He is highly regarded and perfectly suited to lead our team in the city as we continue to grow our market presence at what is a very exciting time for the company in Bristol and beyond.”

Peter takes up his new role just nine months after LSH’s acquisition of consultancy ES Group, which led to a significant expansion in the Bristol-based team and a move to a new floor of the Tower Wharf building in the city centre.
