New director takes up post at Nuffield Health’s Bristol hospital

Healthcare charity Nuffield Health has appointed Sheryl Krause as hospital director for its Bristol hospital, The Chesterfield.

Sheryl, pictured, takes up the helm at the state-of-the-art £20m hospital following two-and-a-half years as head of sales and business development and then nine months as hospital director designate at The Chesterfield.

As hospital director she will be responsible for the overall care and satisfaction of patients, staff and business development and also consultant engagement.

Sheryl said: “I’ve worked for Nuffield Health for over 18 years and have built-up strong relationships to gain a real understanding of the healthcare needs of local people.  I’m really pleased to be putting my knowledge to good use, developing the services on offer to our patients and ensuring patients in Bristol continue to have access to excellent, personalised private healthcare.”

Nuffield Health operations director Nick Costa added: “Sheryl has demonstrated a dynamic and innovative approach to her work throughout her time at Nuffield Health, consistently delivering excellent results and bringing a huge level of energy and enthusiasm to the role.

“Sheryl will be key in Nuffield Health’s ongoing growth and development as her knowledge and experience of our services, as well as her understanding of the local community; will prove invaluable in maintaining and developing our patient offer at the highest level.”
