Savills in Bristol has appointed Jonathan Lambert as director of its development team.
Jonathan, pictured, who has more than 17 years’ experience providing private and public sector clients with development agency and consultancy advice, joins from DTZ, where he lead the Bristol office’s UK development offer. 
Prior to his 11 years at DTZ (which he joined through its merger with Donaldsons), he spent six years at Chesterton.
At Savills, Jonathan will take the lead on providing clients with development agency and development consultancy advice with a specific focus on mixed-use development and regeneration opportunities.
Savills director and head of development in the South West and Wales, Julian Harbottle, said: “Jonathan brings a wealth of experience which will be of huge benefit to our clients. He will bring a new dynamic and we are delighted to have him in the team.”
