New construction partner appointed by law firm TLT

TLT, the national law firm with its headquarters in Bristol, has strengthened its construction team by appointing specialist lawyer Lawrence Bruce as a partner.

Lawrence,, has extensive expertise advising funders, developers, contractors, consortium and joint venture partners on developments and projects throughout the UK and overseas in a wide variety of sectors including energy and power, leisure, health, hotels, renewables and education.

He has also advised on construction and project management aspects of private finance initiatives (PFI) and public-private partnership (PPP) projects for both public and private sector clients. He will be based in TLT’s London office.

TLT's construction practice is particularly well-known nationally for its transactional and dispute work, with three members of the team ranked as experts in their field by Chambers, the independent guide to the UK legal market. The team provides advice to a wide-ranging client base and has particular experience in infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy, commercial development, urban regeneration and social housing.
