Four new team members have joined Synergy Creative, the Bristol-based internal communications and creative design agency, following significant growth and a host of new client wins.

Brooke Nolan has been appointed marketing manager, Neil Bartlett as senior designer, Neneh Pepperell as account manager and Gary Walder as account director. Their arrival takes the number of staff at the agency to 16.

The recruitment drive follows new client wins including ODEON, Aviva and Amway for Synergy, which was recently ranked eighth out of 240 companies on The Drum magazine and Recommended Agency Register’s (RAR) list of the UK’s fastest-growing and most well respected independent agencies.

Synergy’s turnover has grown by 30% this year through new business wins and more work from existing clients.

Director Gemma McGrattan said: “Since we were established in 2006, we have carved a prominent niche for ourselves in the employer branding sector as companies realise the importance of engaged employees in the delivery of excellent customer experience.

“We’re delighted to welcome our new team members, to both the creative studio and account management teams, at what marks a very exciting time for the agency.”
