New building consultancy partner joins Knight Frank’s Bristol office

National commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Christian Crawfurd as a partner and new head of building consultancy in its Bristol office.

Christian, pictured, joins from rival Cushman & Wakefield (previously DTZ), where he was an associate in its Bristol-based project management and consultancy division. He has also previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton in Northampton. 

He takes over from Andrew Burt who has moved to Knight Frank’s London headquarters.

Christian said: “Knight Frank has an enviable client base, built upon a high-quality and tailored service delivery for clients, resulting in a strong reputation in the city. This new role provides an exciting opportunity to join the team and I am keen to help build the business grow further.”

Knight Frank Bristol office head Steve Oades added: “I am delighted to welcome Christian aboard. We continue to recruit the very best people in the market and Christian will make a great addition to the Bristol office. There is a real potential for growth in our building consultancy activities in the South West.”

Knight Frank’s building consultancy division is involved at any stage of a building project’s lifecycle. Services include technical due diligence surveys, dilapidations, delivery of refurbishments and occupier fit-outs, contract administration, building reinstatement cost assessments, party wall advice and schedules of condition.
