Bristol-based digital print and marketing services firm Latcham Direct is set for further growth after making four key appointments.

The firm, one of the South West’s leading providers of marketing, document fulfilment, data, digital and print services, is experiencing strong demand across a wide range of industry sectors.

Christine Knight joins as a senior account manager in the client services team, Kevin Hurley as a production operative, Cameron Page has been brought in as an apprentice administrator and Becky Elliott arrives as a marketing assistant.

Christine has a wealth of experience in direct marketing having worked on direct mail campaigns for a number of years.

She arrives from Bath-based Response One, now known as Edit Agency, where she worked for three years. Prior to that she was with Cheltenham marketing agency Brightsource for six years.

In her new role she is taking responsibility for ongoing, high-profile projects from estimating through to production and billing; ensuring all client campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Kevin joins Latcham Direct’s finishing and enclosing department as a production operative ensuring clients’ print materials are processed, handled and enclosed as efficiently, effectively and accurately as possible. He initially joined as a temporary member of staff and has now been offered a full-time, permanent position.

Cameron’s apprentice administrator role is in the client services fulfilment team, providing him with an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of handling sensitive, business-critical, client communications.

Becky’s arrival follows hot on the heels of the appointment of Amanda Woollaston as head of marketing last year. Becky has three years’ marketing experience and will be responsible for Latcham Direct’s social media platforms, content creation, campaign management and events.

Latcham Direct managing director Mike Hughes said: “A very warm welcome to all our new recruits as we enter an exciting phase of sustained growth for our experience and expertise in all aspects of print management and digital, marketing and document fulfilment solutions.

“We are always on the look-out for hard working, talented individuals to join our dedicated teams and I’m sure this latest tranche of new recruits won’t be our last this year.”

The firm operates from an 82,000 sq ft purpose-built head office in Hengrove with satellite base in Crawley, Sussex. It works with clients in sectors spanning local authorities, charity and membership, social housing, financial services and energy and utilities.
