Property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Bristol team with two new appointments.

Alastair Kimpton, pictured right, has joined as a senior surveyor following two years with rival Lambert Smith Hampton. Alastair specialises in loan security valuations for bank lending purposes and will be undertaking a variety of company accounts and public sector requirements.

Oliver King, pictured below, has recently qualified as a chartered surveyor and joins after two years in the Bath office as a graduate surveyor. He spent his time working across a number of departments in the Bath office, which has now closed, including retail agency and retail investment, and now works solely in the valuation advisory team completing a wide variety of valuation work across the South West.

Jones Lang LaSalle valuation advisory team director Daniel Bishop said: “The people we employ at Jones Lang LaSalle are central to the success of the team in Bristol and the wider business and we’re delighted to welcome Alistair and Oliver into their new roles.

“Alistair’s impressive track record and experience will bring valuable insight and expertise to the team, whilst Oliver’s fresh enthusiasm will have a positive impact on both the role and the company”.
