Backfields Lane, a recently-developed parade of 23 small creative units close to Bristol city centre, has attracted a range of new tenants.

The high quality units, ranging in size from 339 sq ft to 663 sq ft, are on a cobbled street just off historic Brunswick Square, close to the vibrant Stokes Croft area.

Following the arrival of first tenants, ethical video production company Back to the Planet, three more units have now been let on new three-year leases, with an annual rents of £10 per sq ft.

Unit 13 has been let to 3BD, a vibrant young architectural firm with four partners; unit 21 to Teepee Bristol, a massage and reflexology company offering affordable holistic massage, reflexology and holistic facials; and unit 23 to Annette Schwalbe, a senior registered psychotherapy practitioner

In addition to these lettings, the long leasehold interest for unit 25 has been sold to Katherine Roper Landscape and Garden Design.
