Newly-released spaces are now available for the in-demand seminars at next week’s Business Show Swindon after the first allocation sold out.

The show, the area’s leading business-to-business exhibition, returns for its third year next Tuesday at Swindon’s STEAM museum. The show is organised by Business West’s Swindon Initiative and sponsored by fast-growing Swindon-based IT and communications firm Excalibur. In previous years it has attracted many businesses from the Bristol area.

The seminar programme was fully booked within days, prompting the organisers to release additional places to cope with demand.

The seminars cover topics such as Structuring your business for growth, What’s the point of Social Media? and Why your business needs to go global. Places should be booked online at www.businessshowswindon.co.uk – before they sell out again.

The ever-popular speed networking sessions have also sold out but visitors can still access the LinkedIn Lounge, exclusive to members of the Business West LinkedIn group. It will give an opportunity to make new business contacts and extend online connections, offline.

Delegates will also be able to enjoy a complimentary coffee or smoothie. Join the LinkedIn group at www.bwlinkedin.co.uk

Registration is still open and the show is free to attend. More than 700 attendees and 80 exhibitors can look forward to a full day’s programme which is topped by high-profile keynote speakers, Vodafone and BlackBerry, provided by Excalibur, who will discuss the future of mobile technology in the workplace.

Excalibur CEO James Phipps said: “We are delighted to sponsor the Business Show, a comprehensive day which supports the growth of our local businesses. It’s a hugely important event for Swindon and is critical to our local economy.”

Business West Swindon Initiative director Ian Larrard said: “This year’s show is set to be bigger and better with our highest number of registrations so far, proving why local businesses return to the region’s most prominent business networking event. Vital to prosperity, the Business Show provides a great platform to connect with powerful and influential contacts that can develop new business opportunities.”

There are a handful of exhibition stands left and some great deals are available. Contact events@businesswest.co.uk for more information.
The show runs from 9am to 4pm.
